What are your shipping rates?
For jewellery and hair accessories the shipping cost to Canada and the United States is $4.
To any other country, it's $5.

For shirts, skirts, scarves and belts, our shipping cost to Canada and the United States is $6.
To any other country, it's $7.

For vests, sweaters, outerwear, dresses, pants, one pieces, sunglasses and bags, our shipping cost to Canada and the United States is $8.
To any other country, it's $9.

For shoes, our shipping cost to Canada and the United States is $14
To any other country, it's $15.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes we do. Each additional item is $3 (this applies to packages going to Canada, the United States and any International country) added on to the cost of the shipping rate. However, this combined shipping rate only applies to clothes and small accessories like jewellery or headbands, and not big, heavy items like shoes. If you wish to request multiple items but are unsure what is included in the combined shipping rates, email us at plasticskyline@gmail.com and request a purchase total before you actually request the items.

When can I expect my order?
Once an item is paid for, the time it takes to finalize the order, package the item, bring to the post office and finally be delivered to the buyer's door must all be taken into account when calculating when to expect an order. Generally, it will take five to seven business days for Canada, seven to ten business days for the USA and up to 6 weeks for any other country. Sorry for any inconveniences, but that's how we keep our shipping prices so low!
