How do I purchase an item from Plastic Skyline?
Because most of our items are vintage, we only have one of each product in stock.
Since we are not able to be online 24/7, the easiest way to prevent any miscommunication
between potential
buyers, (we don’t want two people buying the same item) is to answer each item request
by email. To be fair, all our items are sold on a first come first serve basis, so if
you see an item you want, fill out the item request form quick before someone else beats you to the punch!
While filling out the form, make sure you enter information in all of the fields – otherwise, we will have no idea how to reach you!
Once you have filled out and submit the form, we will send you a confirmation email and an invoice within a couple of days to tell you if the item is yours. If this turns out to be the case, you are expected to send the payment within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation email. If you fail to do so, the item will either go to the next person in line or will just be put back up for sale.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not do returns or exchanges at this time.
The buyer must read all item descriptions carefully in order to ensure the product fits his/her standards.
If he/she fails to do so, Plastic Skyline will not be held responsible. Any flaws a product may have will be
listed in the item listing. Each product is inspected thoroughly before listing. If the buyer has any

What methods of payment do you accept?
As of now, we only accept PayPal because it is the safest and fastest way to make a transaction.
Is Plastic Skyline a secure website?
The actual Plastic Skyline domain itself does not handle any financial information, therefore
it is a secure website. Plastic Skyline's payment method, PayPal, is most definitely a secure
way to make transactions. Credit card numbers are never exposed and there is 24/7 monitering to prevent fraud.

We price our items in USD.
